GOOD FRIDAY 2026
at Santiago Retreat Center
Come to Santiago Retreat Center on Good Friday for our annual "Way of the Cross Hike" in English or the "Via Crucis" in Spanish. These are separate programs in different locations on the Santiago Retreat Center property. You will be directed accordingly when you arrive at the main gate.
There will also an opportunity for you to visit, learn and pray at the Shroud Center which will be open to the public 10am to 4pm.

> The hike is approx 1 mile on a rugged dirt path, steep at points
> Wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
> Bring plenty of water.
> Please bring fresh fruit and water to share.
> NO DOGS PLEASE!
> Limited parking, please carpool.

Shroud Center of Southern California
The Shroud Center will be open 10am to 4pm on Good Friday.
We invite you to a unique docent led exhibit that probes the mysteries of the Shroud of Turin.
This ancient linen cloth, bearing the striking image of a crucified man, has captivated the world for centuries. Is it a medieval forgery, or could it truly be the burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth? You be the judge. Come and learn more about the cutting-edge scientific research surrounding the Shroud.

On Good Friday, April 3, 2025 there will also be our annual Via Crucis, Way of the Cross event for the Spanish speaking community. This event will take place at another location within the Santiago Retreat Center. Please refer to the flyer for details.
