INVEST IN YOUNG CATHOLICS

Your sponsorship of Fiesta de Santiago makes it possible to offer camp
scholarships, run retreat programs, and build the next generation of Catholic tradespeople right here in the Santa Ana Mountains.

Why Santiago? Why Now?

Fiesta de Santiago is our signature annual celebration—celebrating the feast day of Santiago (de Compostela) St. James the Apostle. A joyful summer day of Faith, Family, Food and Music on the 500 beautiful acres of Santiago Retreat Center in the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains (formally Santiago Mountains).

This is also our most important fundraising event of the year. Every dollar raised through sponsorship goes directly to the programs that serve thousands of Catholic families across Southern California.

Three Programs—One Mission

Thousands of students arrive at Santiago each year for Confirmation retreats designed to help them encounter God, not just complete a requirement. On 500 acres removed from every distraction, young people discern, pray, and leave more committed to their faith than when they arrived. Your sponsorship funds the scholarship program that ensures no student misses this experience because of financial need.

Six camps. One mission: invest in young people and keep them Catholic and engaged in the faith. Vacation Bible Camp (ages 3 through 8th grade), Quo Vadis for boys, Blossom for girls, Liturgiae for dads and sons, Camp El Camino for middle schoolers, and Catholic Family Camp give children and families a week in the mountains where faith is lived, not just talked about. Scholarship support ensures every child can come regardless of family income.

The Santiago Catholic Trade School forms young men in skilled trades alongside a daily practice of faith. The Church needs electricians, welders, and carpenters who are also disciples and this school produces them. Your sponsorship supports the operational costs and scholarship funds that keep enrollment accessible to every young man called to this path.
